Senior Associate – Reporting Management

Gurgaon, India

This role will primarily work within the Reporting Management function in developing, managing and circulating the reports and dashboards to fulfill the Service Level agreement requirements and improve the operational efficiency.

Duties and responsibility:

  • Development of Operational Reporting as per the Service Level Agreement
  • Development of Management Dashboards
  • New Operational KPI report development, which will additionally support to achieve and improve the SLA KPIs
  • Support Incident Management and Technical Support functions in developing operational reports
  • Daily operational Reporting of agreed KPIs with Telco and Internal stakeholders
  • Handling the reporting faults through fault management process
  • Ensuring ticket closure within specified SLA
  • On call 24X7 support to delivery and operations as per the business requirements

Key skills:

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, assess and adjust quickly to changing priorities
  • Willing to take off hours calls as per the business requirements
  • Good English communication skills – both written and spoken


  • Sound knowledge of J2EE, SQL and Python
  • Good knowledge of Operational and Business Intelligence – BI KPIs and its reporting
  • Must have prior reporting automation experience
  • Database certification – preferred
  • Basic understanding of Fault Management Process
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel and Power Point presentations
  • Minimum experience 4 Years

Work conditions:

  • On-call availability
  • Willingness and ability to travel and be away for long periods of time at a go
